This organization is by far the worst clinic I've ever been to. Dr. O was a complete joy to see but since his abrupt departure, it's like a dictatorship clinic. They sent me a letter stating they would cover me for 30 days (please see attached), which they refused to do. I called the office manager Lisa with an A to see if I could get in and what my options are and I was told I have to see only a certain doctor, which goes against my rights to choose my doctor as a patient, besides, the doctor they wanted me to see doesn't d... read more
I can’t begin to express how amazing the staff and Dr Fontenot has been!! Jasmine Miller is AWESOME in helping as much as she can with insurance issues - Sarah Dawson knows her stuff! They all gave me my life back!!!!
I had surgery today Dr. Fontenot was my surgeon. His entire staff and he ALL are amazing! While I'm still in pain the improvement between this morning and this evening is nothing short of miraculous! The speed which Sarah Dawson who saw me first, his nurses, technicians, office staff have in just a few days allowed me to be "fixed" was phenomenal. And I know whatever I may have left to be done...I am in the best hands by far!! Thank you guys! Y'all rock 😺 because of y'all I'm going to get my life back! It's already happened... read more
