The lady answering the phone is SO RUDE and NOT helpful at all. Will not work with patients to get paper work done and no one can get anything done if the lady isn’t going to do her job. I would consider firing her and finding someone else with better customer service skills if you want to keep a good business. Great doctors but horrible receptionist!
David Stanley, PA, and his nurse are always professional & efficient. I have found that the injections he’s given me have greatly reduced my pain level.
