Came in for a basic mani/pedi. I didn’t allow the service to finish because I told her I wanted to leave in the middle of it. The purple foot scrubber she used was so worn out that there was barely anything left as if she had used the same one on her last 100 clients. I asked her not to touch one of my fingernails since I had just healed an ingrown nail. It’s hard for the people to understand what you’re telling them. But their prices are fair. And they do give you a soft drink if you want something to drink. Which is nice. The language barrier is just a little intense. And they seem like they’re in such a hurry and I don’t want to have to walk out and go back in to have something fixed that they did because they were doing it so fast

Nail tech was not friendly and the vibe was unwelcoming The only communication I got from her was tapping me on the side of my leg to place my legs ,feet on the foot rest

My fiancé and I came here a few days ago and I would never recommend it to someone. When we walked in the woman was on her phone and didn’t even look up or greet us. We had to ask her if we could get help, she was rude. A man came up to us after we were seated finally and asked “what do you want” so I showed him and my nail has already chipped on my thumb, they are shaped crooked and you can see my natural nail because they Didn’t go up far enough.
