I lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and it was a great first home and first neighborhood! We were close to the Mingo trail that took you right into Hicks park and the neighborhood has three parks with play equipment for the kids, a pool, and a school. I would frequently get out and walk and always felt safe. Also the HOA holds several holiday events and even a Christmas Lights contest.
