I arrived at my appointment today to be informed that I was listed as a no-show. The lady who I spoke with on the phone swears that she told me 10:30 am, which she did NOT say. And if she did, it was somehow my misunderstanding, why was that given time NOT corroborated in the system message that was sent to me in the screenshot? Of course, they were uninterested in seeing proof of this and dismissed it entirely. They continue to tell me that my appointment has to be rescheduled to AUGUST 10TH. NEARLY 3 MONTHS AWAY. I went to this clinic and I was treated with much respect and they was so nice and kind. They was very patient with me and explained everything I needed to know about their facility .I will recordmend if you need of care they are real good people to go to. I am planning on going to them again if you need to thanks Longview Care Clinic staff for all of your help .
Appointment conflict...their error then to reschedule month later. No thank you...my mental health is to be put on hold again.
