Very unorganized staff. After speaking to 9 other people in the cemetery about their stones, it was clear that the quality also is NOT up to PAR for the prices they are asking. Our tombstone was late again… and the manager Adam was absolutely clueless about what this job entails… we were given 6 months as an approximate date but it is now on the end of the 7th month and they still haven’t even started!
