Jason was great he explained everything he was going to do in full detail. Asked if there was anything that needed to be fixed. He's always very polite when I've seen him.
Sweeney’s very thorough, responsive, & timely on follow up whenever I’ve had questions! Regarding maintenance: In Winter 2025 we had some scheduling hiccups, & requests marked done when they still needed follow up visits, but they completed many maintenance items the old PM left hanging and I’m thankful for that.
Kyle and Jason were very kind and explained everything they were doing well with their onboard inspection, even when my dog got up in their business.
