Made me pay to have my door unlocked. Upon move out they specifically stated not to worry about cleaning carpets as they would not charge for them, took money out of deposit anyways for carpets.
Brandon service was top notch.
At first when I applied for an apt thru Longstreet things did not run smoothly. However, I then began communicating with Mauricio Gonzalez who proved to me to be one of the best customer service person I have ever dealt with. I was extremwly frustrated as things were not running great in my attempt to rent the apt i had ny heart set on.
