Maricruz was so helpful. She went to extra trouble to get answers to our questions and sent a follow-up message. She was prompt and answered all of our phone calls.
Shout out to Russ who did a fabulous job assessing the electricity issue in one of our bedrooms, running a quick errand for the replacement part, and returning to fix the issue promptly. Shout out to Paulo for keeping us in the loop when planning repairs and following up afterward to make sure things are to our satisfaction! We appreciate y'all!
We have an excellent property manager in Colorado and I was a little nervous that we would have trouble finding someone great in Corvallis. LongStreet, and Cody in particular have been great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality property manager.
Chris has been very helpful in assisting us with a move from across the country. There were a few issues with the apartment when we arrived but they were taken care of within 24 hours. The maintenance crew came in a fixed most everything very fast.
