STEVEN Is the absolute best technician at Longstreet! This is the second time he’s come to fix an emergency for us, besides making great conversation he went above and beyond with repairs. I mentioned that our garage wasn’t working while he was fixing our lock and he stayed an extra hour to fix it for us! If Steven is coming to fix anything in your unit just know that it will get done correctly and quickly. I was locked out of my apartment and Steve got me back in, in less than 10 minutes. Such a relief after a really rough Monday.
Billy with the maintenance team came in a timely manor and was able to assist with a loose shower handle. Communication with management directly or anybody in the leasing office is nonexistent and they do not return via voicemails or text messages. You’re also unable to reach anyone on weekends. Overall poor communication from management and property owner. FANTASTIC maintenance team tho!!!

Communication is wack, Being trying to reach out to Mauricio to no avail, sent emails and text message but no call back. As your tenant, I expect that you prioritize me.
