Highly recommend Dr. Farooqi, she’s is just incredible. She is so knowledgeable, a true advocate for her patients. I never feel rushed, she listens to all my questions and concerns and addresses them with multiple options. She is the best and I’m grateful to have her as my PCP.
My husband and I arrived at the clinic (an hour and 18 minutes from our home) only to be told they no longer accepted our insurance. No notice was given, no communication to let us know they stopped taking UHC. Absolutely ridiculous!!! No thought or care about the patient and their time! This is just a small preview of what is wrong with our healthcare system!
They treat patients with a bad attitude, and when I call, they transfer me to many different people or sometimes leave me on hold for an hour. It's a terrible clinic.
