Currently on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. It has been over 15 minutes with a steady stream of commercials about Covid 19 testing interrupted @ every 15 seconds by a recording tell me "thank you for continuing to hold. We are assisting other patients. Please remain on the line and your call will be answered in the order received". For those not good at math, I've listened to that announcement over 75 times now. The staff here is horrible. It can take weeks to get a response and that is only after you bombard them with emails and voicemails. No one is EVER able to speak with you and they are very unfriendly. They are always running late, even if you are the 1st appointment. It is very difficult to get medications approved when you are having insurance issue. They act like they are angry to be there.
