So I was a patient for a very long time and after being left in the waiting room for 30 to 45 minutes every time I had an appointment I had finally had enough, so I went to the desk and asked them why I have watched 7 people come in after me are being seen and i wasn't and told their appointment times were ahead of mine even though I had been there 30 minutes prior than 3 of them I lost it and let them know I wanted my medical records and I would never be back. The staff here is horrible. It can take weeks to get a response and that is only after you bombard them with emails and voicemails. No one is EVER able to speak with you and they are very unfriendly. They are always running late, even if you are the 1st appointment. It is very difficult to get medications approved when you are having insurance issue. They act like they are angry to be there.
