I have used Long's Tree Service five times with no issues at multiple locations. They do the work as scheduled, for a better price than their competition and they completely clean up the resulting debris.

I don't believe it! Bob's Tree Service is the best! I love these guys who take extra care in doing everything I want and then some. To defame this service is only to promote another. Move on lady. No man talks to a woman like that and especially the professionals at Bob's.

This company has been our go to bakery for years. Today I went in and had the worst customer service I have ever had. The cashier ( female) was extremely rude. She was being rude to all the customers. They had zero customer service skills and made the experience so un bearable I will never be going back here. I really hope management is told about this horrible experience to avoid another customer having to go through something like this. I had to give a star but if I had an option to leave no stars that’s what I think.

He backed into my wife's car at a gas station. Denied it. Stated she backed into him and had witnesses. Witnesses who happened to work for him. At the scene they stated we could bring down to their shop and would buff it out. On the phone later on was a different story. Turns out it did not buff out If they cannot honor their word after a minor fender bender I would not allow them to work for me.

Have been using Long's for over 20 years, and had them out today, 9/29/2015. Norris has always done a fantastic job, and today his son, Robert, was great. Excellent trimming, cleanup, and reasonable price.

I have relied on Long Brothers Tree Service for 15 years. When I moved from greenwood to Indianapolis I was happy to learn that Norris was able to take care of my trees as far north as 10th and Emerson. Their work is top notch. Norris is meticulous about the trims, and the cleanup left my yard, sidewalk, and city street cleaner than they were when they arrived. To top it off, Norris charges a very fair price. I highly recommend Long Brothers Tree Service.
