I visited Long’s Products recently because I wanted to shop local and pick up some concrete floor polish for my business. I didn’t even know this store existed until now, so I was excited to support a local supplier. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. I am a house cleaner from Illinois. I placed my first order with Long's 12 days ago. Some way, some how it got damaged during the shipping process. Ryan was just amazing! He completely repacked my entire order and shipped it out this past Monday. I got it on Wednesday! I am beyond amazed at the wonderful customer service! Thank you so much for taking care of me. I will definitely be ordering in the future.

The lousiest customer service I ever had in my entire life. The lady on the phone keeps on hanging up the phone even I told her that I am interested in their products. When I said "Where is your manager?" She just told me Ï can take a message"

I just found Longs thanks to the crazy cleaning lady… man have I been missing out! The laundry crystals are amazing, the Digest Plus is just simply awesome. My order arrived promptly and was wrapped very well. What a great product and service!
