Longs Flooring Issaquah Wa. Several years ago Longs Flooring recarpeted our home. Recently I contacted them about a carpet issue. Today, one of the owners called saying he was in our area and asked if he could drop by to look at our carpet. He spent nearly two hours expertly correcting the problem. He even discovered some we hadn't noticed, and fixed those as well. Good old fashioned excellant customer service from a local family owned business. Highest reccomendation. Larry Kenney North Bend
not recommended – I can't speak to their install service or long term service etc... My experience with Longs Flooring never made it past 10 minutes on their showroom floor. I walked in and the kid at the counter greeted me. I said its time for some new carpet and I wanted to get a schedule for an estimate. He asked how big the place was and I gave him the sq footage but told him there were stairs. He never came out form behind the counter but did ask what kind of carpet I was looking for. Long's Home Fashion Center is great Love to go here the staff are friendly and knowledgeable in the products they offer. They offer inexpensive to expensive items. We have bought tile and vinyl flooring from this store. When a mistake was made they were quick to correct it and took care of the cost. Not all places are willing to do this. We will continue to do business with them and support them as a small business owner. Highly recommend.
