I recently bought an office chair from Longs' and they delivered it to my home free of charge, within 15 minutes of me purchasing it! About a month later I decided the chair was not working for me. They happily let me exchange it and even picked up the old while delivering the new. They also sent a refund along. I should also say that I didn't have the receipt. Now that is customer service! I love shopping local!
Great books, selection, and value. Love it.
