I had the pleasure of working with Jay this morning at Longs’ Cards and Books and we ran into a misunderstanding with balloons at Dollar General, and Jay was personable, efficient and caring. He was able to blow up over 100 balloons in just a few hours when we asked last minute for one of my best friends baby shower this morning! Thank you for such an easy experience!
