I had a small problem when I went in I spoke to Matt he took my car for a drive and within 10 minutes he figured out the problem he fixed the one problem and he also fixed nissans mistake. The customer service is Above & Beyond. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly thanks Matt for correcting the problem so quickly, my car runs very smoothly and Noise free now
Great shop they aren't my usual mechanic, but I've had more than one positive experience with these guys !!! most recently my alternator blew up a few hundred yards away with a huge trailer attached and they were able to get me taken care of ASAP and I was back on the road again friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Fair honest and friendly, they look after your vehicle, been going here a while.
The crew here are incredibly honest, trustworthy, friendly, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable. The only business I can depend on to look after my vehicle. Whether I need a last minute appointment or booking in advance they always fit me in the best they can. Longs automotive is highly recommended in my books!
Longs is always great every time we’ve gone to them. Quick to get to your vehicle and do great work!
