I went to Long Auto Place on Rice Street today, hoping to get a good price on programming the fob for my car. I was helped by Salesperson Kevin right away, and it was 5 star service from that time on. I was offered coffee while Kevin and the Service Manager programmed the fob. They did this for free. Stillwater Motors wanted $40, and Roseville Chev wanted $75. I have had such poor service at Stillwater Motors I can really appreciate the great service at Long Auto. We drove over an hour for a specific vehicle and they went out of their way to make it possible for us to leave with it. Everyone was friendly and nobody was pushy like a lot of bigger dealerships. Worth the drive down and would recommend them to anyone.
