Great place to buy a car but horrible to have to go back for service. The departments don’t talk to each other and you have to do all the communication for them.
I have been going to Longo Toyota for years. Yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had. I waited over 7 hours for my car. Will be looking for another place to buy and service my car.
It is a big dealer so they have every type and color of Toyota vehicles you could possible want. Service department is great.
If you are looking to buy a new Toyota, this is the place to come.
Breastfeeding moms: The women's restroom by Penske College has a lounge suitable for semi-private nursing.
Always the best customer service. Never a long wait & they do have comfy waiting area. Bought my car here & other than 2 attempts to get serviced closer to home/work have always come back to the best
Place is loaded! Got here for service. Subway, Starbucks, business center, Verizon Center; only need to ad a gym and I'd be ok waiting here.
Great service department.
Definitely Not Fast service, but the service people are nice expect to be here a while Subway, Starbucks makes it a little easier.
