I am really disappointed with my service from this company. I initially called them about a month ago when my door opener wasn’t working. They set up an appointment for the following week. The tech, Marc, was on time and friendly. He said it was an easy fix, and he was out of there in just a few minutes. Since my openers are old, he told me the 3 price points of the new ones, for when they have to be replaced at some point. Terrible customer service with rude technicians! Once I reviewed them about their behavior I was emailed back it wasn’t their fault. Very disappointed in this company and will not use them again.
Manager (Ofir Kalef) showed me a 20 year old worn out Genie gear, which caused door malfunction. He recommended belt drive LiftMaster replacement which works quietly. Ofir was professional and did great install, cleanup, and made sure WiFi phone function setup is functional. Kudos to him and Garage Doors 4 U.

Technician Mark Anthony was johnny-on-the-spot when we called. He was both friendly and professional. We purchased an opener which he installed with skill and know-how. He went so far as to suggest and then install some devices which made our existing door quieter. I would recommend him to anyone.

These guys were great. Jay the technician was very professional and on time. Had them replace a broken spring. They were here within a couple hours of my call and we're competitive with pricing. Overall I would recommend them for any kind of garage door need.
