Let me just start by saying this is one of the cleanest and nicest smelling vet offices i have ever been in. The staff is kind and friendly. Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help. We took in a stray cat that we needed checked out and they got us in right away. Most other vets have a long wait period to get in.
The staff is caring and attentive, addressing all our concerns. We received a thorough report on his bloodwork. All our options were presented, and they respected our decisions. The facility is clean and as comfortable as possible for our pets. The cat exam room had a window. The price is reasonable. They went above and beyond by helping me register my cat's microchip. They are even Boomer Friendly! Thank you so much! The staff is amazing!

I am beyond grateful, and forever a returning client to Longmeadow Veterinary Clinic. I brought my dog here for a hotspot issue, caused by anxiety. Dr. Lappetito is phenomenal, helped us completely resolve the hotspot issue with anxiety medication. But she also found an underlying condition EXTREMELY early through bloodwork, and has saved my dog from pain & suffering from this condition.
