Good communication, upfront with vehicle. Sold before i got to see at appointment for test drive, but at least they called me and let me know before i drove 1.5hrs. to their location. Would visit in future if right car came up.

I was very comfortable shopping at Longmeadow motors. I worked with both Jon and George. A nice group to speak with. Ultimately I did not purchase there. Only due to my vehicle needs. I wouldn’t have hesitated had the car I was looking for was available.
The dealer contacted me in a timely manner after I reached out to them through CarGurus saying I was interested. I explained my situation of my car possibly being totaled and I was being proactive looking for a new one. I went by for a test drive, the salesperson sent me out on my own, no pressure at all, no sales pitches, just explained how they acquired it, and any facts about the vehicle.
