my experience has always been positive , Dr Rubino and his Staff are first class .
Had major work done yesterday - remove old crown, remove decay in tooth, measure for new crown, etc. Great job - no pain today and during the procedure, making sure I knew what to expect and gentle, but firm.
I can't say enough about DrRubino and Janette ! They helped me yet again with a situation that came up just 3 weeks after a total knee replacement after which im not supposed to have dental work done for 6 months! Without hesitation they were able to fix my tooth ! Its very cool to have people you can trust when you need them most. Longmeadow Dental is that place!!!!!!!!

After many years as a patient of Dr. Rubino I can say unequivocally that he and his entire staff provide an environment that is warm, safe, friendly and consistently professional. Many people dislike going to the dentist. Those in that category may change their view if they choose to make an appointment with Longmeadow Family Dentistry.
everyone one was cheerful, friendly but most of all very careful with social distancing. I felt they were doing their best to keep me safe from the virus.
I had an appointment for a regular check up including x-rays and teeth cleaning. I was really impressed how they handled the current health crisis by implementing common sense measures to keep staff and patients safe. If you have any concerns about your visit, put them to rest. They are doing it correctly.
As, always, I was COMPLETELY satisfied with the care and Dr. Ellis provided me.
