DO NOT rent from this company. It took over 2 years to get a mold issue due to a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink repaired. I placed multiple work orders and maintenance either never showed up or ‘couldn’t find the issue’. I emailed pictures of the moldy pond under the sink to the manager Melissa and when I called to check she would always say the maintenance man is at another property that day. The building and surrounding areas that I stay in at Longmeadow are maintained very well. The lawn care company does a great job with maintenance, trimming, blowing the sidewalks and grass off of my patio. They weed and make sure everything is clear for spring when the flowers come up. The inside building cleaning of my hallway and windows at the mailbox is maintained very well also. I'm always proud to have visitors from church or my family come to my place. I have been living there since 2019 .. quiet , clean and safe place to live with your family . Property manager MELISSA she is doing a fantastic job. Maintenance guy Mike he knows what he is doing .
