The counter guys are great...the girls that answer the phone need lessons on phone etiquette
So to start off the items in the store beautiful. However I will never buy from this company. My husband and I are remodeling our beach home in North Myrtle Beach. Our contractor asked us to pick out some sinks and other kitchen/bathroom stuff prior to sheetrock etc. My husband is very Hands-On and does a lot of painting and work himself and generally dresses in paint covered work clothes. EXTREMELY disappointed in this company and customer service. If I could rate them a zero I would. Purchased Moen fixtures for 2 bathroom renovations that were not cheap. At time of purchase associate was detailed and on point. After sale and upon install chrome fixtures did not match. Associate told me “chrome is chrome”. Upon sending pics it was evident she was wrong and she recanted her statement. I have never received oral communication from this store only emails. This review is as much about Trish as Longley, but she is exceptional. Knowledgeable, calm, detailed and fair, she is one of the few individuals our awful general contractor connected us with who was an absolute professional and we had great service from her and Longley. Strongly Recommend!
