As the president of a homeowners association managed by Longly Property Management I can confirm the high quality of service that our HOA has received. In the last four years we have had to deal with an underfunded reserve funds, broken fire sprinkler systems (twice), frozen pipes and rental unit damages that impacted the attic and ventilation. One of the worst property management i have deal with. They are money suckers, keep increasing the dues every 6 months and if anything they have to fix they will ask for more moner per unit that uncovered. I bought the unit on 2019 with HOA of $300 as of today's date HOA is $649. Now i sold the unit below the market value due to high HOA
Every engagement with this property management company over the years has consistently been among the best experiences in the industry I've ever had. They are highly responsive, friendly, and thorough. I wish they could manage all the HOA's I deal with! Venita is fantastic.
