They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. After being a patient for over 2 years, one day this doctor sent me a letter in the mail telling me he is no longer my doctor... with no explanation why. I tried calling to get an answer and after 2 weeks of leaving messages finally got the office manager who said they don't have to give a reason. They did me a favor really, the staff is very rude and they charge you for everything!!!! nothing done w/o and appointment, even questions.
