Dr. Longley is a horrible doctor. Plan on spending most of your time in the lobby waiting. I've spent up to 2:45 waiting on my appointment.
Dr. Longley is a horrible doctor. Plan on spending most of your time in the lobby waiting. I've spent up to 2:45 waiting on my appointment.
My problem is, they tell you to be there early. Then for a 10am appointment, you have to set there for anywhere between 45-60 minutes before you get called back. Then that could be another 15- 45 minutes. When you ask them about it, they just say that they are extremely busy that day. Sounds like a lot of double booking. Then if you are 15 minutes late you lose your appointment and have to reschedule. They may not believe it but my time is important to me too.
Longley is a horrible doctor! He is rude, unsympathetic and down right ugly to his patients. If you are looking for a doctor for maintenance and don't need him/her to do any actual diagnosing, he's your guy. Just read his reviews: cancellation of patient care for no reason, he was refered to as little Hittler on one review, mismanagement of patients, overdosing patients, rude staff..... If all this sounds good then he's the doctor for you.
