Dr. Longley is a good doctor, but his office staff is terrible, and this includes the office manager Vicki, she will not call me back regarding this matter. I was really sick and needed to be seen, they scheduled me for the next day. I let them know that I was going to try to be seen that day somewhere and I would call and cancel if I did so, they said OK. I called 2 hours after the appt was scheduled and they told me that I would have to pay a no-show fee, since it wasn't 24 hours in advance, I had just scheduled the appt 2... read more
Dr Longley is the best Dr hands down. He takes is time and listens to you. Never have problems with referrals or medicine call in. Always seen in a timely matter. Highly recommend.
Dr Longley is great. Understands why you are there and takes good notes. Comes up with a safe plan and isn’t afraid to ask questions. Over all a very good doctor.
All staff are courteous and willing to help immediately. They connect with other staff if unable to address concerns. Office is clean and wait time minimum. But most important Dr Longley is accessible and willing to listen. He has never failed to answer questions in an understandable manner even for this country boy.
I have been a Patient for over 20 years. He is the best there is. Anything that I needed, he knew exactly what to do. He is super pleasant every visit. He cares about his patients. He has taken care of my family as well. Best Doctor in Abilene
Doctor Longley is friendly, informative and understanding. I have nothing but good to say about him and his staff.
Attempted to force me to go to the office during the Coronavirus pandemic before they would talk to me about a medicine they prescribed for me . I have been a patient for over 15 years. They were going to expose me to the virus just so they could bill my insurance for a visit. I’m pulling my entire family out of that practice and recommending my extended family, friends and social media base do the same. I’ve never had a serious problem here before but this is extremely irresponsible. Very disappointed.
He has been my Dr. for a long time.. I trust him!
