I can’t say enough great things about my experience at 6190 West! From the moment I leased my apartment, both ladies Sarah and Amber in the office have been incredibly helpful and professional. Every maintenance request I submitted was handled the same day — talk about amazing service! They truly care about their residents and are always willing to work with you if any issues arise. Day 7 and I’m really liking it here as a resident. Glad I decided to be here! The grounds are nice, it’s quiet, my apartment is spacious and without and upgraded unit it’s still really nice. Another bonus, having garages. I think I’m going to like it here. (Annie’s voice lol)
I want to say thank you to Sarah and Amber who has been so professional and helpful during this process. Customer service seem hard to come by nowadays and I must say they haven’t disappointed. Glad to be here.
This apartment complex is RAPIDLY going downhill. Every amenity offered here is out of service (and has been for months). The volleyball net was taken away months ago, the AC in the gym has been broken since May (its like 87 degrees in there daily, try doing a workout in that.) , and the pool has been green and not running for weeks. All right in the heat of summer with zero concern or urgency for any of these amenities to be fixed. The management here could literally care less. Extremely unhappy with this complex and management lately. We were very happy here at the start but lately it has rapidly gone down hill. Residents in the complex having tons of people over until well into the middle of the night hanging out outside, taking up every parking spot and blasting music right outside of 3 of the buildings. We were told this would be taken care of by now and it’s still continuing.
