Currently leasing a unit from Longhorns property Management and have leased for almost a year. The application process went extremely smooth and with success. The management team definitely went well above and beyond the call of duty in regards to the whole entire process of answering my phone calls to providing an immaculate clean and perfectly well functional unit. I have enjoyed my stay so far.
It's very rare when I write a review, but this company is great. I don't speak for everyone's experience, but for mine they handled with care and consideration. No one knew it was my birthday besides my family and some friends, but Longhorns Management sent me a card wishing me a happy birthday. That just shows how much they care about their tenants. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.
Hannah is fantastic to start. Always very helpful and nice. Any problems we have which are slim to none are handled very quickly. She actually cares about her tenants and communicates very well. If you have pets there are NO breed restrictions, which is a plus! My boyfriend and I’s experience with them has been great. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend property owners DO NOT work with the property management company. The staff there are very unpersonable, inconsistent, and unprofessional. I am a resident who’s lanlord recently leased to this company and they broke our agreements and harrased us multiple times after we directly spoke with the lanlord and have had the same arrangement with the lanlord since we have lived in the property (over a year) the company even tried to charge my family a late fee after the lanlord told them not to.
