Towed me twice in 3 days even after I went to the office of my complex, got a pass, and was told where I could park. Tried to get assistance and your company was rude and obnoxious. The second was an illegal tow. Period. I’ll make this easy.. touch my car again and I’ll end you. If it’s the last thing I do- so be it. It will be the last thing you do too.

they tried to steal my car, talking about they didn't saw the sticker for the pats. that was in the windshield next to the plates sticker

They destroyed my all wheel drive car. Dragged it . Both front wheels now aim apart. Tie rods broken. I have video of them not towing correctly for an all wheel drive car. Transmission is fried. They refused to give insurance information. If you have their insurance information, policy number, please post it They are scum

First of all this is not a towing service. This is a "middle of the night" car snatcher that works around the fine print and loopholes in the law to tow as many cars as possible per night. It is run by an old chain smoking fowl mouthed redneck of a woman that is rude beyond believe. If these people were to walk into a department store security would follow them everywhere they went. They were towing illegally parked cars ... That's ok.. Blocked me in 5 minutes.. Fine.. Cursed me out because I didnt move my car fast enough so he could "steal" another car.. TOo FaR !!! I encourage your property to use a better company!
