Who thinks bartenders should pay more attention to the empty glasses and less attention to their cell phones? Apparently not Longhorn. Last time undercooked, this time overcooked. Y keep coming?
Medium rare steak came out raw, was 're-fired' and came back well. Manager asked how it was. I said it'll do because I don't have time to wait for a 3rd try. Hit and miss at best. Use lots of A1!!!
