The property was broken into, the gate rammed open, multiple storage units were broken into and the company didn’t feel the need to inform us of this? They just chose to not tell the tenants that their units were broken into. When we signed up for our unit they never once mentioned that they offered insurance at all. When I called they told me it was broken into 5 days ago... 5 days to notify their tenants and nothing. Never renting a unit from them again.
My sisters stuff just got stolen ! Lots of personal non replaceable items ! Not the stress they needed right before moving !
this place has no cameras everyone has same code for gate and apparently their property person doesn't care! he will eat lunch before checking on 10 units that were broken into

Terrible security and unhelpful staff that won’t return phone calls. Many units were broken into (10+) and no apology or anything. Would recommend storing stuff in a location where the staff cares and there are actually some security measures in place.
