Longhorn is great, and it's wonderful to be able to buy locally raised meats in our community!
Ashley is the best! Longhorn Meat Co has the best pickled green beans, jerky, sauce and more. I am a hug fan of their products. They are also very charitable towards local organizations in Auburn. Best meat company hands down.
We have a big family and go through a lot of meat. I cannot afford to buy all my meat here but I buy as much as I can afford. Grocery store and Costco chicken started peeling the outer layer of skinless chicken breast when cooked (no matter how we cooked it) and the frozen chicken had so much liquid injected into each breast (so that the packager could sell the same amount of chicken breasts at the same weight and price) and it really impacts the quality and taste of what I’m cooking.
