The staff here were so helpful and sweet to us yesterday. Hanna had to get an mri for some neck pain she has been having and the staff were so patient with her and got her scans done quickly!! Highly recommend them!!
This place is nuts - their billing department needs serious spanking. They collect too much cash from patients as copay & coinsurance however they do not refund the balance. It has been 6 months I cannot get anyone to call me back - DO NOT GO THERE
It would be awesome if you all provided a correct telephone number to reach you. The number in your letters, your website and here in Facebook belong to a poor lady that’s getting swamped with your calls. Also, getting a bill 120 “past due” by your records and we have never received an original bill. Based on the comments, your billing department has serious issues.
I had a scan in early April at the Cedar Park location. The scheduling was great, the staff were great HOWEVER they have STILL NOT billed my insurance company. Here it is 3 months later and after NUMEROUS phone calls to the office and to the Billing Dept (which is outsourced I'm guess) no billing has been submitted, and the Billing Dept has yet to respond to any of my messages. I would think they would want to get paid, but more importantly it is costing ME money because with their bill I will have met my out of pocket expen... read more
You know you're old when you feel the need to spread the news about how awesome your imaging center is... By far the James Casey location is the most comfortable, pleasant, and agreeable place to go to get an MRI in Austin. The. have the most friendly and efficient people working here. (Avi is amazing) Plus they have extended weekday hours and weekend openings.
