Can not believe that you 86ed my mother and 80 year old grandmother over the fact that your employees couldn't figure out how to cook meat to there liking. Then the wait staff who claims to be a management staff made every excuse in the book for them instead of just saying I am sorry. And when my mom went to pay for the four of them that were there two security guards were there to escort them all off the property. If you're looking for a great time at a low cost then Longhorn is for you. Its definitely no frills but man what they have is fun and fairly priced

I'm a local, so haven't had any need to stay at the hotel. But I have played a little at the casino and have eaten at the restaurant twice. Both times the food was hot, fresh, well presented, and portions were more than plenty. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. Prices are great and it's real cooking. The first time I had the ham steak and egg special. Last night I was craving liver and onions.
