I came in for the first time with my husband after going to sams town and we waited at the bar for so long we left and we never even looked at the tables. The line at the "sports book" was ten long. No attendant. You may have good food but you don't have good service.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and love the atmosphere
What a dump. The casino is small and nasty. The restaurant is also very small with the worst service we have ever received. The Server Tim we awful we had to flag him down for your drinks. we also had to flag him down for everything else I,E coffee refill. sweet and low and boxes to take the barley edible food home so I could doctor it up. I am a Las Vegas resident needed to rent a room due to home repairs I was asked for pet fee for my service dog when I tried to explain to the front desk girl that service dogs are not subject to pet fees by federal law they have access to everywhere I have I was hanged up on and refuse service because hanging up on someone is a form of refusing them service because I was not given the opportunity to book a room I would suggest to everybody that they go to Sam's Town the staff is super friendly and treats you with the dignity... read more
Great food, poor service, understaffed for a Sunday night dinner service
Well. If You want to be pleasantly surprised like me and my family were entering the casino.i suggest you give the longhorn a try.....everything's be upgraded and the place is very old school Vegas...the maids and desk clerks were very professional...nice people holding the doors open for my wife who is handicapped...coffee is good ...all in all it was a pretty great experience that I wouldn't trade for anything...thanks longhorn.
