Not a criticism of service. They were great. But LCC charging extra for light ice is greedy! In this economy. Ridiculous prices already. It was a good reminder for us to bring our own coffee

This review is more for the management, which I am not sure exists. The three employees working this morning were clearly untrained, with untrained employees training untrained employees. They were struggling immensely, with no manager or leader in sight. As the line grew longer, the employee at the register needed help for every order, not understanding what anyone was saying.
