Update: 10 min appts are insane when you are waiting anywhere from 1-2 hours in the waiting room. Dr. Hope has failed to follow up on certain medical tests within an appropriate timeframe or even then I have to book an appt month later. My issue is the long wait times and the doctor is always running late. When you get called in, sit down the Dr keeps an eye on the clock and tells me the 10 min appt is up. Horrible. I don’t know why appointments exist because you’ll be waiting an hour no matter what. They never return faxes to the pharmacy. You better request your prescriptions a week before you need them and have a pharmacy thats willing to request multiple times. You call all day and never get through but when you walk in the receptionists are rarely on the phone. Would not recommend.
