The most chaotic and disorganized clinic. I showed up to an appointment and the doctor wasn’t supposed to be in that day but no one called me to let me know or to reschedule. Appointments take place over an hour later than scheduled. Dr. Hope provides medically inaccurate advice and is extremely rude and inconsiderate. It’s better to risk it at a walk in than go here.
Still a patient with them as I look for another family doctor. It's been four months that I have been waiting for a damned referral to be sent out. They don't inform you when the referrals have been declined, they don't resend your referral to other hospitals until you call them out on the delays and their doctors seem to be on vacation 6 months out of the year. I haven’t been able to get a hold of my family physician, Dr. Adejumo, so I booked an appointment with Dr. Blessing due to a flare up episode of my autoimmune condition that is making me feel very uncomfortable. Because I’ve been dealing with this condition for a decade and I’m recently postpartum, I had a list of items I knew had to be actioned (referral, further blood testing, etc.).
