We have been trying to get ahold of Dr. Babalola Adejumo at Longfield Medical Centre over two weeks now because I woke up one morning and I couldn't lift my arm up above my head and it hurts in the shoulder and my wrist hurts when I try to do anything we went to the hospital on May 31, 2026 to get my arm and wrist x-rayed and the girl in the triage only sent it through to have my shoulder x-rayed but didn't put it through to have my wrist x-rayed to so I had to go back to get x-rays done twice once for my shoulder and then b... read more
They NEVER answer the phone, so there is no way to book or cancel appointments by phone, and if you don’t show up, they charge $30. The clinic is ALWAYS dirty. They set up phone appointments and the doctor calls two hours later and then complains because I didn’t pick up the phone - mind you, there is no way to call back or get back to anyone at that office. The appointment itself feels rushed. Staff is not welcoming, no one smiles (including doctors). Absolutely horrible service.
