Excellent service and great food.
The room pool and ocean view was absolutely amazing however the customer service was horrible ... never have I felt so disrespectful in personal or professional stay... The look I got when I walked in the lobby made me feel like I didn’t belong ... we stayed in suite and the ice machine was broken we called several times with nobody coming to fix the issue it wasn’t resolved till someone went to go to the lobby to complain and request for a bucket of ice ... u shouldn’t have to go to the lobby for something that could be han... read more

I stayed at the resort with a group of friends last week. The room, beach and pool were great. The customer service that was experienced during our stay was the worst I've experienced in all of my personal and business travels. There was also confusion with the deposit amount and confusion with the final billing.... Which is still unresolved. I responded to the survey via email and I'm still awaiting a response regarding the concerns I addressed.

Fantastic! One of the best Tuna Tataki ive ever had. The wagyu skirt steak was perfect. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and we couldnt have picked a better place. Cant wait to go again!
AMAZING! We had a delightful Father’s Day lunch. The atmosphere, service, drinks and meals were all created to please. We loved the seared tuna appetizer and the fish tacos with the arugula salad were scrumptious. The Grouper sandwich was good, a bit too much bread, but the Grouper was prepared perfectly. This is a great location for a special celebration or a romantic dinner for two!
My husband and I had reservations for our 1 year Wedding Anniversary. While waiting to board the ferry to Sunset Key, I overheard another customer's phone conversation with a friend staying on the island. This friend told him that the hoods had not been working and the restaurant was serving a limited menu. To confirm, I called Latitudes and was told that only cold foods would be served that night. Great food ... and our waiter Dan went far and beyond his duties to make sure our evening was unforgettable. Would highly recommend if you ever have the opportunity to visit.
