Absolutely awful experience. Management completely screwed up my inspection date and accepted absolutely no responsibility or compensation for the time and money wasted. I have no doubt that they have a clean property and fast response to problems. We currently live at long acre pond, the staff is great and very nice! Also the apartments themselves are pretty quite as far as apartments go. The staff is always doing stuff for the tenants which also makes it enjoyable.

There is a major mine subsidence issue which the property managers refuse to address or communicate with their tenants about.
