I had the best experience with long’s plumbing. Quickly scheduled, amazing work, respectful and professional, plus informative and supportive. I would not use another service in Gillette. Jeremy was the best plumber I’ve had and did an insanely good job!
Had them come out to fix the main drainage from the house, it was backing up badly. The fou d that it was the city side of things under the asphalt that was messed up and helped me get the city to cover it. Had to have them co e out for a similar issue months later. The snaked the drain and thought we had it fixed, but found out it wasn't, they came back out and did another sweep and got it done in less than an hour, and didn't charge for the that hour of the 2nd call out. Top notch customer service.
Had a new rinnai tankless water heater installed. Everyone I worked with from Tim who got me a quote to Jeremy who installed it were awesome. Jeremy did a fantastic and very professional job!!!
We bought our home in September and it has been nonstop trouble. We have needed a plumber quite a few times. We had leak somewhere in our house and Longs sent me Thomas. He was very friendly and kind which was very important at the time. He was very thorough and found and fixed the leak. And when I was very upset about my house being soggy because of the leak, he told me who to call to help get everything cleaned up.
