We bought our home in September and it has been nonstop trouble. We have needed a plumber quite a few times. We had leak somewhere in our house and Longs sent me Thomas. He was very friendly and kind which was very important at the time. He was very thorough and found and fixed the leak. And when I was very upset about my house being soggy because of the leak, he told me who to call to help get everything cleaned up. I should have written this a few weeks ago but, you know, life.... We had a few leaks in 2 of our bathrroms - one on a tub and shower and the other a bad one in our basement bathroom. We had used another plumbing outfit earlier and after $1,500 we still had problems. We called Longs and I wish we had called them first. Their plumber, George, was on time, efficient, obviously knew his stuff, kept us informed, and was polite and friendly. I felt the fee charged was reasonable as well. Thanks, Longs.
