They don't fix what needs to be fixed they don't do proper pest control they do things on their time not when it needs to be fixed they had bedbugs you have to do your own pest control maintenance guy and property manager are completely rude and some owners don't clean up after their animals I wouldn't recommend i lived there over 4 years
My name is Ronnie Wright, I am the owner of Family Pest and Wildlife. I have been servicing Long Run for about two years now and I can say I love Amanda , the property manager at Long Run. She really cares about the people here. If there is a pest issue she is on it.
Awesome lady in the office. She's always there for her residents. I love my apartment and I have good neighbors. This is a great place to live.
Im not going to lie, Amanda is nice but she is serious about her job when she tells you to do something you better do it, she gives more than enough warnings before she gives you a 7 day notice to quit. The older maintenance guy is rude and disrespectful but he gets the job done. If you have kids this is NOT a good place to live. If you are a single person and you know how to follow the rules and the lease than this is the place for you. Amanda will take care of you if you are respectfull!
