Marilee Louie is the best realtor I’ve ever known. She sold my house for me in three days back in 2023. She advised me on decluttering and helped rearrange furnishings beautifully! She thinks of every little detail. Even brought a WELCOME mat for showings. I recently moved back to Green Valley 2025 and Marilee once again covered every single detail in my buying process. Selling or buying she goes above and beyond any realtor. She is so knowledgeable in her field and just is the nicest person!
Do not do business with Alexandra Davila at Long Realty. She is a rookie realtor who does not know what she is doing. She is totally out of compliance with the code of ethics and MLS regulations. She makes huge mistakes then harasses you to try to intimidate you to sign paperwork you did not agree to sign. She has zero verbal and written communication skills. Bought a new construction home using Long Realty and made the mistakes of thinking that having a realtor would mean we would have an advocate on our side whenever any issues arose. Shortly after signing the purchase agreement, our realtor would make excuses for not showing up to appointments or leaving early. Had so many problems during the construction process and immediately before and after closing, which was rushed so the agents could get paid and we wouldn't lose our interest rate.
