This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a good apartment complex if you want to have good amenities, both for the apartment and also for the community. It is unfortunate any available apartments we would be entered in do not have a balcony and may not have an updated kitchen when compared to other apartments. It is unfortunate this will lead to a longer commute to work in Albany but the price is more reasonable.

Maintenance dept and... (Verified Renter) Maintenance dept and office do a good job, very friendly. Put in one minor maintenance request, handled quickly. Was not happy with the condition of the kitchen cabinets and drawers, sink stains, for the money I'm paying for rent. Aside from that very happy here.
