Good First Time Renters Community This a good place to rent if you’re looking for a first time apartment. Nice amenities with a good maintenance/management team. Unfortunately the parking availability is something to be sought after. There are no numbered spots so it’s free game for anyone that has a tag as well. Unless you want to shell out $100 a month for a car port.
