Do not recommend I’ve had an awful experience with my used car . Drove it for 2 weeks and it broke down. It’s been in and out of the dealers shop with multiple problems including major repairs. Car overheated and had radiator replaced. Engine blew out, had it replaced. Got it back Drove for 1 afternoon and couldn’t get it past 30 mph.turbo went out . I had awesome customer service from Sergio Hernandez at the Cesar Chavez location. I love my new vehicle. The process was easy wasn't overwhelming overall five stars for me no questions asked no regrets I'm very satisfied thank you Long Motors!
Total rip off. They wait until your 2 months away from paying your car off and if your a week late they try to reposess it charging hundreds in towing fees hoping you can't afford to pay. Then they own your car and re sell it. Total scumbags. Collection lady Anna is an absolute scam artist looking to screw everyone over. ZERO STARS!
