This the WORST CAR LOT IN AUSTIN they do nothing but sale you a lemon very rude I purchase a vehicle from these people in less than two months the transmission went out and they refuse to repair it talking about the warranty went out. Remind you I still had paper plates on the vehicle and they have me put $3000 down for the vehicle that last to me almost a month and a half. Well I was going to get a car here but I changed my mind due to a friend of mine that got a vehicle here and she was behind only on one payment and she's already getting calls from the finance department saying they're going to repo they don't even want to work with her at all whatsoever I'm not okay with that I will not be getting any vehicles from this place
It was such an easy process and everyone was so polite and friendly. Absolutely loved the experience.
