During the ice storm of ‘25 we were displaced from our home in Gaylord with our 18 year old cockapoo. It was difficult for him at home and being in hotels for 2 weeks exacerbated everything. We knew it was time for him to pass on and they were wonderful with him and us! Despite just moving from MA to MI they made us feel like we had been with them forever. They were so kind compassionate and gentle through the whole process with Dakota and us.
The facility is spacious and clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Every employee was friendly and explained exactly what would be done. I am so thankful there is an urgent care closer to my home now. They got us in within just a couple of hours from when I called.
