We recently had to deal with the end of life stage of my mom's 16 year dog and the compassion that was shown to us by this staff was out of this world! They have taken care of her dear Chloe from birth to death and have been amazing every step of the way. Kudos to you all and keep up the amazing work!! 🐾🩷
The staff at Long Lake was great - we were travelling and our dog needed to see the Vet for two bleeding skin tags.
I’m not from the area, I live on my sailboat and travel with my cats. Long Lake got my sick cat in ASAP and took such good care of her. They coordinated with my local vet and got records. Everyone was so kind and gentle with Zoey. Unfortunately my old lady had lymphoma, she had been declining for some time, and I decided to euthanize while she was still relatively comfortable. They gave me all the time I needed with her before and after and everyone was just wonderful and sweet.
Extremely happy with care provided! Prompt, caring and compassionate!
Would have been nice if instead of taking to Co worker if the receptionist would have finished with me first. Generally everything is great
