This is a recently opened restaurant. Their food is delicious and the staff works hard and is very nice. I've come here only once, but will definitely come back. Love their fish and chips. It gets very crowded, but is worth the wait. Definitely recommend.
This location has horrible service. I always get the same meal every time I go, 2 piece fish and the 3 piece chicken with an extra piece of fish and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they forget my extra piece. I literally lose money when I come here. What’s the point of paying for an extra item if I don’t receive the extra item. And when brought up to the manager, the audacity to have an attitude as if I’m the one in the wrong. This location needs better management and training.
A friend told me of the Fish Basket and I came to try it out . I asked the person behind the register what’s included. Another person, butted in and they rudely said “what it shows in the picture.” And they went on about how people always come by and ask if the deal is still going and he’s like “well, the poster is still up.” Talking about being “old school”. This location might have gotten revamped on the outside, but the inside (employees) REALLY needs work- the cashier on 08/02/25 @ 5:02pm named Angelica R. has absolutely zero customer service skills. We couldn’t see the menu through the drive thru, the screens were blacked out and barely visible. I should’ve went inside but didn’t. Angelica sounded bothered the moment she took my order.
