I have not ate at Long John Silver's in many years, so glad I did. The staff were extremely friendly and answered any and all questions that I had. I ordered the # 11, fish, chicken and shrimp. With a side of clamp strips. Food came out hot and fresh. Would absolutely come back and eat here again.
We waited 30 minutes for our food. The cook in the back was slamming things and irritated because of all the orders coming in. We didn’t even get our drinks while waiting. We ended up needed a refund because we had appointments to be at. They were then mad and irritated with us because we asked for refunds. Old Grease
Ordered $75 worth of food. Got home and was missing half of the order. Called them and was told I would receive a refund. Drove back to get the second half of order. The Manager said they weren't in the mood to give the refund and snubbed us. This is why Long John Silvers is failing as a company. Learn to take care of your customers because If you don't you will end up without any. I for one will not return to the Earl Core Road Long John silvers as long as the current manager is there...
