Waited 20 min for food that they had half of the order sitting on counter for 15 min and FORGOT the other half which was 2 PC of fish. Unacceptable!!
Over priced considering the amount of food we got. Floors and tables were really dirty like they hadn't cleaned it in days (we went as soon as they opened they had more than enough time in the morning) and then the guy at the counter stared at us instead of getting our cups for our drinks.
How the hell do you not have vinegar??? At least tell me in the drive thru before I place my order. I woulda went somewhere else.
I stopped in at the LJS In Sabraton,WV and placed an order for pick up from my phone . I paid for my order and got a confirmation with the order number. Went to the counter and found out my phone had changed my location to Cumberland MD. Ughhh They were so nice about the situation. I don't remember the name of the sweet girl at the register but a gentleman from the kitchen said they'd make it right. One guy's name was Pat and I can't remember the others. Thank you ALL for 1st class service and amazing food.
